**Direct Hire - Account Executive Opening**

Remote position in the United States, U.S. Citizen required.

As an Account Executive, you will work a full desk sales role as you grow to understanding Sales Technology and the growing and changing C CaaS Market.  You will be responsible for generating business, building a pipeline, and for following up on inbound leads and leads generated by our SDR and Marketing teams.


  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales role
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Information Technology/C CaaS Market proven sales knowledge/experience
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required


  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with SDRs and Marketing to follow up on and assist in generating leads
  • Create detailed business plans, and clearly communicate internally all deal information, and a regular forecast
  • Forecast with both accuracy and transparency.  Maintain all sales data and notes using our CRM of choice.
  • Present products and demos to prospective clients
  • Negotiate agreements, successfully close deals, and hit quota as assigned
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Have a land and expand mindset.  While we are small today, our stack and offering will inevitably grow.  Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs and ensure long-term happiness with the company product.
  • Be the voice of the customer – communicate internally where improvements are needed, shortfalls if any, and product ideas that come out of your conversations
