Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
- 5 plus years’ relevant experience
- PE in Pennsylvania is preferred
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Site design, bidding, permitting and construction phase services for development projects in the municipal, institutional, industrial, commercial, residential and utilities/energy markets; stormwater planning, design, and construction phase services for collection and conveyance infrastructure attendant with main–street municipal, residential, commercial, and greenfield site development projects.
