Blackrock Resources has a client looking for some to perform administrative tasks including calendar management, travel arrangement (domestic international), preparation and tracking of expense reports and coordination and preparation for meetings and conference calls, including arrangement
of logistics, meeting space, communications and catering.

  • Represent the business unit on companywide programs and initiatives; such as community involvement, blood drives, etc.
  • Perform data entry and create reports as needed.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with visitors, customers, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 plus years of experience working in an administrative support role including two years working for senior leaders in a mid to large size matrixed organization. 
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and Project and web applications.
  • Leadership experience preferred.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
  • Superior attention to detail.
