BlackRock Resources is seeking candidates for an Inside Sales opportunity for our client in Natrona Heights.  

The Inside Salesperson will serve as the liaison between the Customer and the company, handling both incoming and outgoing customer activities.

Job Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Process all customer sales and customer service activities within the MRP system. This includes quotes, orders, expedites, incoming calls, schedule changes, rev changes and communication between Operations, Quality and customers.
  • Make strategic decisions on pricing and lead times.
  • Phone calls and emails to sales leads to generate new business.  Pro-active sales growth activities to be approximately 50% of time, ie. phone calls and email exchanges with sales leads to occupy approximately 50% of work time.      
Minimum Qualifications/Experience/Skills

  • Prior Customer Service/Inside Sales experience in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Experience working with an MRP system
  • Basic computer skills with Outlook and Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
