- BS Degree plus advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in Manufacturing
- 3 to 5 years management
- Automation knowledge or experience in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Non-Union Experience Required
- Sense of Urgency to get things completed
- Strong ability to Drive continuous improvement
- Lead a team of 100 plus employees
- Experience with implementing change and the ability to professionally deal with push back and or hesitancy.
- Experience with safety within manufacturing
