Warehouse Coordinator - Machine Shop - Conroe, TX

As a Warehouse Coordinator Associate, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks within a warehouse environment, such as maintaining and updating records, pulling parts, and reporting discrepancies. The inventory coordinator manages the inventory room and distribution of inventory to the motor shops in a neat and organize fashion.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Receiving all shipments timely and accurately, both physically and into Oasis, including
  • Matching physical quantities received with shipping documents
  • Unpacking and storing material in an orderly and organized fashion
  • Perform inventory count and maintain inventory record
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory quantities and report to supervisor
  • Prepare material to ship to designated locations
  • Create shipping ticket in computer system and send to designated parties
  • Coordinate with the shipping company for time of pick up
  • Load and unload material with forklift/Combilift
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area
  • Organize inventory shop for efficiency and corrections with continual improvement as needed
  • Perform other duties assigned

 

 

Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • At least 1 year Shipping and Receiving and forklift skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Should be able to work closely and collaboratively with fellow employees
  • Should possess 2+ years general inventory experience
  • Machine Shop/Oil Field/Motor Shop background
  • Familiarity with downhole motor shop tools is preferred
  • This position must pass and post-offer background and drug test

  • Warehouse Coordinator:
  • Tuesday – Friday – 12:00pm-8:00pm and Saturday 7:00am-5:00 pm 
    • include one-hour lunch break plus OT pay if over 40 hours
